Question by hiiii. c[:: can you make powdered sugar without using a blender?
see, i looked up how to make confectioners sugar since i have none at home and most of them say to put it in a blender. my brother broker the blender by putting a fork in it. so now, i dont know if there are any other ways to make powdered sugar for icing/frosting.

you could use a mortar and pestle. not many people keep one handy (i do). it’ll also take awhile.

A coffee / spice grinder will work well for small quantities of powdered sugar ,if more is needed you will need to do it in batches ,for larger amounts it is convenient to put the sugar in a Ziploc bag ,place this on a flat surface * roll over with a rolling pin ,shake the bag from time to time to ensure even results.
